Incumbent provides analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and/or external data sources to support business decisions. Supports compensation cycles (e.g., merit, bonus) by preparing data files, validating inputs, and assisting with system configuration. Performs and audits compensation-related transactions in Workday, including job changes, pay adjustments, and organizational updates. Testing, researching and reporting of anomalous data findings and validation of extracted data is necessary to be successful and effective in this role.\r\nRequirements\r\nEDUCATION\r\nBachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Math, Business, Data Science/Informatics, Actuarial Science, Healthcare Management, or other related field. This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual.\r\nSegregation of Duties\r\nSegregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business.
