issues.\nDevelop a timely and formal reaction plan to address deficiencies.\nReport on the critical process status on daily and monthly basis.\nResponsible for control and approval of all dipping routines.\nResponsible for daily interface and communication of issues with manufacturing, maintenance, facilities personnel.\nInstitute proper project monitoring, follow up and feedback system to ensure financial and contract targets are met.\nOptimize yields and minimize rework.\nUtilize process management designed experiments, IPM and SPC, and Cpk for continuous improvement.\nProvide technical guidance to management and peers in areas of current or potential needs of the plant.\nRoutinely review process for adherence to established techniques and to ensure the repeatability of approved process.\nQualifications BS in Materials, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.\nPrevious experience in investment casting ceramics.\nMinimum 3 years experience with industrial manufacturing.\nAbility to work in a self-directed or team environment.\nWorking knowledge of statistical analysis.\nStrong analytical abilities.\nBlack belt/Green belt certification preferred.\nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and create project plans.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from the customer and/or management.\nThis
