As a Landscape Install Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of landscape installations, working alongside experienced technicians and contributing to the successful completion of outdoor projects.\n\nWhat We Do:\n2D and 3D Landscape Plan Service - for H.O.A. submission.\nPaver patios, walks & driveways built to ICPI standards, natural stone and boulders.\nOutdoor kitchens.\nFire features.\nPalm tree and ornamental planting.\nPergolas and custom wood projects.\nCustom water features.\nOutdoor low-voltage lighting installation.\nSwimming pool construction cleanup & privacy plantings.\nIrrigation repairs and additions.\nSod installation.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in the installation of softscape elements, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation.\nSupport the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.\nAid in the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.\nAssist in the installation of low-voltage lighting systems to enhance outdoor spaces.\nOperate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.\nFollow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.\nCollaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and meet established timelines.\nPerform other general labor tasks as needed to support the landscaping team.\n\nRequirements:\nPhysical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, digging, and other manual labor activities.\nWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.\nStrong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.\nTeam player with good communication skills.\nPrevious experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.\nA valid driver's license is a plus.\n\nLive Aloha LLC is an equal-opportunity employer.
