Role Description The National Hotel Miami Beach is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Miami Beach, FL. The HR Manager will oversee and direct day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role includes developing employee engagement initiatives, managing training programs, handling performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaboration with leadership teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals will be a key responsibility. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee OnboardingProficient in Benefits Administration, and HR ComplianceSkilled in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance ManagementAbility to develop and implement Training Programs and Employee Engagement InitiativesKnowledge of Employment Laws, Labor Regulations, and HR best practicesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel operations, is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
