You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Title :Technical Project Manager Location : Ridgewood NJ (Hybrid work -2/3 days per week onsite)Employment Type: Full-timeNo of Openings: 2Exp Range: 5-8 years of onlyKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and digital transformation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budgetDefine program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics to drive alignment, visibility, and accountabilityDrive Agile execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous deliveryManage scope, priorities, and change control, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks across technical and operational areasConduct structured discovery sessions to define business problems, baseline metrics, and success criteria before solutioningDevelop ROI-driven business cases, including financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessmentsApply process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma) to optimize workflows prior to automation or AI implementationTrack program performance using KPIs and dashboards, ensuring alignment between expected and actual outcomes, and drive course correction when neededAct as a strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, and leadership, ensuring strong governance and stakeholder communicationQualifications:Proven experience leading AI and/or digital transformation projects from initiation through successful delivery.Demonstrated success in managing projects or platforms from 0 to 1, including MVP definition, pilot execution, and scaled rollout.Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous delivery.Deep expertise in project management fundamentals: scope control, risk mitigation, change management, and outcome-driven execution.Experience defining program roadmaps, OKRs, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.Proven track record of working with senior leadership (VP/C-level) and translating strategy into execution.Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, uncover opportunities, and drive long-term relationships.Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe Agilist are strongly preferred.CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – PreferredAbout Techolution:Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist.
