Senior IP Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead IP disputes by providing strategic counsel on patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation Direct outside counsel and manage all phases of the litigation lifecycle to align with company goals Support broader business initiatives by advising on complex agreements, commercial disputes, and regulatory investigationsRequired QualificationsA J.D. degree from an accredited institution 5+ years of experience in IP litigation Strong case management skills and ability to devise solutions for complex legal issues Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-quality environment Must meet the US Person requirement for compliance with local and state laws
