As the primary point of contact throughout the transaction process, you'll keep clients informed, answer questions, coordinate communication, and ensure every closing feels seamless from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, positive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the closing processProvide timely transaction updates and respond to client inquiriesCoordinate scheduling for closings and related appointmentsMonitor files and communicate outstanding items to all partiesAssist in preparing clients for closing by setting expectations and providing clear next stepsMaintain accurate notes and communication recordsSupport Escrow Officers and Title Processors with client-facing communicationDeliver a world-class customer experience from contract to closeQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, lending, or transaction coordination preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPositive, professional, and service-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughCompensation & Benefits$45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experienceIn-office positionHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k)Paid time offOpportunities for advancementWhy Closing Hub?At Closing Hub, we believe every client deserves a closing experience that is professional, transparent, and stress-free.
