This role involves driving high-impact programs to increase the performance and effectiveness of various CXG teams by providing resources, knowledge, and training. This includes various activities and tools to equip other teams with the right information at the right time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to create and implement effective enablement programs.\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\nDemonstrate effective program planning by establishing clear goals and objectives that align with the Knowledge Management strategic vision\nIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks and knowledge gaps to improve the efficiency, speed, and effectiveness of CXG teams\nIdentify and pursue internal and external technical training needs to fulfill skill gaps; increasing the CXG team's ability to adapt to market changes and respond swiftly to customer demands\nImplement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new frameworks, technologies, and best practices\nAlign cross-functional stakeholders with program goals, interdependencies, and next-best actions, to ensure optimal utilization of resources\nCreate and maintain training artifacts and resources such as guides, presentations, videos, and technical documentation\nIdentify and solve internal knowledge gaps through tool automation\nDevelop and implement evaluation methods of enablement initiatives to measure the effectiveness and gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve\nAssists in facilitating workshops and whiteboarding sessions with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational frameworks and alignment\nQualifications:\nStrong understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into effective enablement strategies and training programs.\nProficient in program management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\nStrong proficiency in data & trend analysis, including interpreting complex data sets and drawing actionable insights from our bank clients.\nPrior experience in the banking, bank technology (banktech), or credit union sectors strongly preferred.\nStrong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams.\nAbility to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations based on data.\nExperience developing content for various delivery methods, including e-learning, in-person, and virtual training.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
