$20.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience, with additional earning potential tied to production.Key Responsibilities:Loading, unloading, and logging materials onto a truckFollow the shelving template to cut materials, pre-drill holes, and fasten closet shelves. Ensure the proper installation of brackets, supports, and hardware for secure shelving systemsInstall shower door kits and custom shower doorsMeasure and mount mirror(s) to the wall, ensuring they are levelFasten and attach hardware for bath accessory items as neededWork with project managers and clients to ensure installations meet design requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are always followedMay be required to drive a company vehicle. If so, always follow all driving rules and DOT requirements and maintain your tools/truckReport and document any damage or discrepancies in materials and products.Record and hand in daily paperworkRole Requirements:Valid driver's license and reliable transportationInstallation experience is a plusProficient in using hand and power tools safelyAble to work in tight spacesAble to lift a minimum of 50lbsAble to climb ladders and scaffoldingAble to bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and kneesAble to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to work independently or as a part of a teamStrong attention to detailPhysical demands:The physical demands of this role involve frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching to install items such as wire shelving, shower doors, mirrors, and hardware. The installer must regularly lift and carry materials and tools, sometimes weighing over 50 pounds, and work in various positions to complete installations in tight or awkward spaces. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively are essential.
