LHH is supporting a growing organization in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for top performers. The team offers a professional and team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:* Handle a high volume (around 50 calls) of inbound calls related to customer service inquiries, account questions, and service support* Assist customers with scheduling, billing inquiries, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner* Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems* Escalate complex concerns when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience* Partner with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficientlyQualifications:* At least 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience required* Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach* Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask across systems* Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously* Reliable attendance and strong professional demeanorPay Details: $19.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jessica RobbinsBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
