This position is responsible for financial reporting, compliance, process improvement, and supporting executive leadership with financial planning and operational strategy.\r\nLead and mentor the finance team across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting.\r\nManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.\r\nDevelop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.\r\nPartner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.\r\nOversee cash flow and financial operations.\r\nEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements.\r\nImplement financial systems and process improvements.\r\nSupport ERP implementations and organizational growth.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nRequirements/Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.\r\n10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller experience.\r\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.\r\nExperience leading accounting teams and improving financial processes.\r\nProficiency with ERP systems, financial software, and data analysis tools; Sage and QuickBooks experience is a plus.\r\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\r\nPhysical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.\r\nAbility to travel as needed.\r\nEqual Opportunity Statement Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
