{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"3f8c8457ca53a7d80b4ef6db","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3f8c8457ca53a7d80b4ef6db","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3f8c8457ca53a7d80b4ef6db","title":"Site IT Support Analyst I","description":"Job Description\r\nAs a member of the IT Team, the IT Specialist will be responsible for providing direct technical support to others using computer equipment for office applications, including desktop configurations, performing hardware and software installation and maintenance of existing spreadsheets, and other programs to best meet the needs of the end user.\r\nThe Role\r\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\r\nResponds to employee questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.\r\nDetermines source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)\r\nServes as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.\r\nManages backup, security, and user help systems.\r\nConsults with users to assess computing needs and system requirements.\r\nPlans, coordinates, and implements security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.\r\nInstalls and tests new products and improvements to computer systems.\r\nTrain users and answer questions.\r\nProvides staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.\r\nDetermines computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system.\r\nDiagnoses hardware and software problems and replaces defective components.\r\nPerforms data backups and disaster recovery operations.\r\nMaintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.\r\nPlans, coordinates, and implements network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.\r\nProvides server support and maintenance; uses various utilities to administer users, printers, and services.\r\nMaintains various records and documentation for department computer systems.\r\nQualifications\r\nAssociate's Degree in Information Systems or any related field\r\nMinimum of 2+ years of related IT experience\r\nKnowledge of the functions and operations of computers, commercial computer software, and of local area networks (LANs), including hardware/software installation\r\nKnowledge of a variety of hardware, operating systems, and related software used by all departments\r\nKnowledge of Microsoft Serv 2019 in the Active Directory environment.\r\nIn-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 10 & 11, AS/400\r\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365\r\nKnowledge of cabling, network hardware, and configuration\r\nKnowledge of office equipment to include printers, copiers, and fax machines\r\nAbility to analyze and resolve user needs and problems.\r\nAbility to communicate on technical issues with individuals with varying degrees of computer familiarity.\r\nAbility to instruct others in the use of computerized information systems and software.\r\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.\r\nPhysical Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects.\r\nPhysical Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements.\r\nPhysical Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight, approximately 50 lbs.\r\nPhysical Ability to walk long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of time.\r\nPhysical Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.\r\nMust be willing to work extended periods of time or varying shift hours including some weekends.\r\nMust be willing to work evening / nightshift.\r\nShould have A+ certification or better.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer\r\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.
