They write, debug, test, and troubleshoot code throughout the application development process. They mentor junior developers, lead projects, and design scalable systems. They are proactive and results-oriented, consistently delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.\n\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign and build scalable, high-performance software with clean, maintainable code\nContribute to system architecture and framework decisions\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues\nSafely refactor legacy code while maintaining system stability and minimizing disruption of existing features\nSupport strategic initiatives by developing bespoke software for MIRATECH products or applications\nDevelop secure and performant RESTful APIs and backend services\nCreate maintainable SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas; perform query optimization and performance tuning.\nDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, including production support.\nExecute modernization efforts such as legacy code refactoring, cloud migration, or platform upgrades\nImprove and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes and environment configuration.\nEvaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.\nLead and participate in code reviews, promote coding standards and best practices, and mentor other\nProactively identify continuous process opportunities and implement improvements.\nParticipate in Agile process and work closely with team and stakeholders to achieve business goals.\nTech Stack: C#, ASP.Net Core 6/8/10, .NET Framework, Blazor, Razor, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, jQuery, SQL Server, Entity Framework, NHibernate\nMinimum Qualifications:\n8+ years of professional software development experience building customer-facing applications.\nStrong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core 6+ and .NET Framework\nProven knowledge of relational databases and ORM technologies such as SQL Server, NHibernate, and Entity Framework\nExperience working with and refactoring legacy code\nStrong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles\nProficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows\nExperience creating and using unit tests and integration tests, and experience debugging complex systems\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field\nExperience with Scrum/Agile methodologies\nExperience writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures\nStrong experience building full-stack web applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+ and React.js or Blazor\nProficiency in SQL Server performance tuning and complex T-SQL development\nExperience with system design, RESTful API architecture, and end-to-end feature delivery\nExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira, Confluence\nPerks of the Job:\nContribute to business success by developing and improving essential software\nWork with a great team of software developers who will challenge you to grow as a developer\nEqual Opportunity: MIRATECH is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
