You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems and networks, and provide expert guidance to clients on optimizing their technology infrastructure.\nResponsibilities:\nRespond promptly to client service requests and travel to client locations as needed.\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.\nInstall, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.\nSet up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and access points.\nPerform data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard clients' critical information.\nProvide technical guidance and training to clients on using their computer systems effectively.\nDocument all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions implemented, and client communication, in a timely and accurate manner.\nRequirements:\nProven experience as a computer repair technician or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.\nProficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.\nExperience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.\nFamiliarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).\nExperience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.\nFamiliarity with cloud computing services (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace).\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.\nIf you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Computer Repair Technician.
