Your contributions will directly impact how customers work by delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software experiences. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll accelerate product innovation, leverage AI-powered development tools, and grow your technical expertise while helping Litera advance its AI-first strategy. This role is critical to delivering high-quality software that drives customer value and supports Litera's continued growth.\n\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDevelop and deliver high-quality software features that improve customer experiences across Literal's SaaS product portfolio.\nContribute to the stability, performance, and reliability of applications by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, and Quality Engineering teams to turn customer and business needs into impactful product capabilities.\nImprove code quality and maintainability through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.\nLeverage AI-powered development tools to increase delivery velocity, enhance code quality, and streamline engineering workflows.\nSupport the evolution of scalable cloud-based applications and services that serve a global customer base.\nContinuously expand technical expertise across modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI technologies.\nContribute as an engaged member of an Agile engineering team, helping drive continuous improvement and successful product delivery.\nWe’re committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n0–2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, academic projects, or professional experience.\nProficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.\nFoundational understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, and version control systems such as Git.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies in an AI-first engineering environment.\nNice to Haves:\nExposure to full-stack web development using .NET/C#, REST APIs, or similar modern application frameworks.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nExperience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices, legal technology, data analytics, AI/ML applications, or experience in fast-paced environments through projects, open-source work, or hackathons.\n\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
