{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"3f7fb65e8e343ff486012ef2","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3f7fb65e8e343ff486012ef2","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3f7fb65e8e343ff486012ef2","title":"Maintenance Supervisor","description":"Maintenance Supervisor\nColumbus, GA\n\nRiver Mill Data Management is a full-service commercial records center based in Columbus, Georgia, specializing in secure information management and disposal for businesses and residents in West, Central, and South Georgia, as well as East Alabama.\n\nWe are looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on company vehicles and warehouse equipment, performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and maintaining records of all work performed.\n\nWhat can we offer YOU:\n\nPAY: Starting at $24.00+ per hour, depending on experience\n\nHealth Insurance\n\nLife Insurance\n\nDisability Insurance\n\nPTO\n\n401(k)\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nValid CDL required (clean driving record preferred)\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n\n5+ years of maintenance, mechanic, or industrial equipment repair experience required\n\nStrong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems\n\nExperience with fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery preferred\n\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance recordkeeping\n\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in an industrial environment\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance on trucks, equipment, and machinery.\n\nInspect, install, and repair motors, belts, sensors, conveyors, and baling systems.\n\nCoordinate repairs with outside vendors and repair shops.\n\nMaintain maintenance records and inventory of parts and supplies.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.\n\nTrain and support team members on safe equipment operation.\n\nTest equipment after repairs and maintain a clean, organized work area.\n\nPeriodic travel to service our trucks in Savannah, GA\n\n7-year Federal, State, and County-level background check and DOT drug screen are required for this position.\n\nDoes this sound like the position for you?
