Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Northampton, PA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts. The role involves frequent communication with clients, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop potential opportunitiesStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities to maintain and enhance client relationshipsProficiency in Account Management to effectively address client needs and ensure project successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationshipsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in the environmental management or waste disposal industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
