This role emphasizes building intuitive user interfaces backed by robust APIs and data-processing services in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with government stakeholders and product leadership to refine and document application requirements.\nDesign and implement modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular or comparable frameworks (React or Vue).\nBuild and integrate backend APIs using Node.js (Nest.js) and Python-based analytics services.\nIntegrate external data sources, analytics libraries, and query engines to support complex workflows.\nPartner with UI/UX designers and power users to deliver intuitive, data-driven user experiences.\nParticipate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.\nTest and validate features to ensure functional, performance, and usability requirements are met.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred; React or Vue acceptable).\nExperience using UI component libraries (PrimeNG preferred) and/or Tailwind CSS.\nBackend API development experience using Node.js (Nest.js or similar).\nExperience integrating Python-based analytics or data processing services.\nHands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.\nExperience building and deploying applications in AWS environments.\nWillingness to work onsite full time.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with data visualization and analytical presentation of results.\nFamiliarity with pandas or polars for data processing.\nExperience with Trino or distributed query engines.\nExperience implementing authentication and authorization in cloud-based systems.\nFamiliarity with Docker-based development workflows.\nPay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.
