Check out this role and join our team of talented professionals.\nLearn more about Partner at www.partneresi.com (https://www.partneresi.com/).\nSUMMARY\nPartner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time Technical Resource Coordinator to work in collaboration with Project Managers, Staff Assessors, and Partner Associates to assign technical staff projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner, as well as helping maintain our project tracking system, and assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS\nStaffing reviews according to clients’ scope of work, needs, and location by using various forms of communication (email, internal messaging system, and telephone)\nDetermine technical staff’s availability based on their workload and schedule\nWork in collaboration with Project Managers, Staff Assessors, and Partner Associates to meet various needs nationwide\nAssign technical staff projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner\nMaintain a project tracking system using Partner technology (Excel, etc)\nEnter data into company database\nManage regulatory for various states\nApprove and create expense reports\nRefine webinar collateral material and coordinate technical aspects of meetings\nPerform data entry following prescribed or established formats\nAssist in the development of documents for proposals and reports\nCompose and/or draft correspondences and reports\nResponsible for outgoing and incoming mail and faxes\nTrack projects, proposals, and any other related items\nOrder safety supplies\nOther duties as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong attention to detail\nSelf-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision\nMust be able to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and specific requirements\nAbility to work within a team environment\nAbility to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n3+ years of relevant office experience\nPrevious experience in coordinating/scheduling company personnel is a huge plus\nExperience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nCommunications: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.\nHearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person or over the phone.\nSpeaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.\nVision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.\nPhysical:\nFrequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.\nManual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities.\nSome lifting may be required on occasion, help will be provided if needed.\nCOMPENSATION\nSalary range: $23/hr to $26/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role\nThe pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
