Our specialists deeply understand the customers’ unique pain points, offer creative solutions, and build/set up their Rippling environment to address their needs. Hence, our specialists serve as a bridge between the customer and product teams. They are instrumental in driving adoption.\n\nThis role is to manage a team of IT Specialists to drive the exponential impact of LTV and adoption.\n\nThe ideal candidate for this role has experience leading teams, building processes and systems, driving operational rigor, implementing IT products (specifically- Apps, MDM, Okta, Azure), and working with cross-functional stakeholders. They must also handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a team with high standards.\n\nWhat you will do\nMentor, hire, and lead a team of IT product specialists.\nTrack, monitor & continuously improve performance on key metrics & KPIs\nWork cross-functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV.\nCollaborate with Product & Engineering to continuously improve product functionality based on customer feedback in Implementation\nOrganize beta programs and support GTM efforts for IT product launches\nSuccessfully resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships\nDrive customer adoption of key features and best practices\nContinuously evaluate, improve, and streamline internal processes for increased simplicity and efficiency\n\nWhat you will need\n6+ years of experience implementing IT products.\n2+ years of professional experience leading a team; passion for supporting and guiding a team’s growth, career progress, and job performance\nRuthless prioritization and time management\nData and process-centric leader with attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems\nFlexible to scaling and changing organizations and responsibilities\nSelf-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build\nExperience in growing teams with a learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain\nAdditional Information\nRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
