Candidates must be able to *commute to our Akron, OH office Monday through Thursday*, with the flexibility to *work remotely on Fridays*.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Design and analyze structural systems for new construction and renovation projects.\n* Prepare and review detailed drawings using *AutoCAD*.\n* Perform structural calculation.\n* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure structural integrity and regulatory compliance.\n* Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication across multiple active assignments.\n* Draft clear and professional engineering reports, letters, and proposals.\n* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in *Civil or Structural Engineering*.\n* Minimum 1 *years of experience* in structural design and construction.\n* Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and Mathcad preferred.\n* Strong knowledge of building codes, design principles, and load paths.\n* Experience with *residential, commercial, and industrial* structures.\n* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n* Must be able to *commute to the Akron office Monday–Thursday*; *remote work available on Fridays*.\n* Must be fully work authorized.
