FLEX is a global leadership development program that is designed to accelerate development of defined competencies and skill sets to prepare you for future leadership positions.\nKey Activities and Accountabilities\nPerform testing, repairs, and routine servicing of equipment both in the shop and in the field.\nSupport business growth by promoting and selling Expro Americas products and services.\nProvide onsite engineering support to clients, technical specialists, and well site supervisors throughout all job phases.\nServe as the primary technical support for product line systems and components.\nCollaborate with rig crews, advising on operational events or issues.\nConduct daily preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed.\nAssist with time, cost, and labor estimates for job assignments.\nRecommend improvements to methods, performance, and quality to enhance efficiency.\nMaintain accurate daily reports, event records, and well data management.\nParticipate in morning meetings and conference calls as required.\nPrepare daily and end-of-well reports.\nAssist with rig up and rig down of equipment.\nOperate and manage a mobile field unit and crew.\nDeliver reliable, prompt, and courteous 24-hour service to Expro Americas customers.\nIsolate and resolve complex problems onsite with support from technical groups.\nAdhere to Expro Americas’ Quality Policy, Quality Systems Manual, and all operating and technical procedures.\nComply with all safety rules and company policies.\nPursue personal career development through internal and external technical and non-technical training.\nWork in field and outdoor settings for extended hours, sometimes in extreme climates.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job\nJob Knowledge and Qualifications\nRecent undergraduate degree (2024 -2025) in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering (preferred).\nStrong written and oral English communication skills.\nBasic computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.\nDemonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and leadership potential.\nAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to travel extensively (domestic and international) and relocate as needed.\nComfortable working in remote locations and extreme outdoor environments.\nPrevious field-based experience during or before studies is ideal.\n\nAt Expro, we live by our values, People, Performance, Planet and Partnerships.
