Benefits available\r\nPosition Type: Multiyear Contract\r\nKey Responsibilities Data Integration & Aggregation Consolidate and integrate data across HR Technology platforms, including: Oracle Fusion HCM\r\nServiceNow (HRSD)\r\nAzure DevOps (ADO)\r\nAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)\r\nDesign and deliver reporting solutions that highlight: Operational performance (intake trends, incidents, SLAs)\r\nPlatform health and system usage metrics\r\nExecutive-level summaries for leadership reporting\r\nDevelop data visualizations that are clear, compelling, and actionable.\r\nDeliver insights tailored to both executive leadership and operational teams.\r\nADO & ServiceNow Reporting Expertise Develop reporting across: ADO (epics, features, user stories, throughput, velocity)\r\nServiceNow (cases, incidents, requests, trend analysis, resolution metrics)\r\nAnalyze data to identify: Trends and patterns\r\nOperational gaps\r\nOpportunities for process improvement\r\nAI-Driven Insights & Automation Leverage AI tools and techniques to: Automate data aggregation and reporting processes\r\nSurface predictive insights and trends\r\nImprove data quality and reporting efficiency.\r\nRecommend innovative approaches to enhance reporting capabilities and scalability\r\nStakeholder Engagement Partner closely with HR Technology and cross-functional teams to: Gather and clarify reporting requirements.\r\nTranslate business questions into analytical frameworks and outputs.\r\nPresent insights and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner\r\nQualifications Required 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence\r\nStrong experience with HR Technology platforms (Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, ADO preferred)\r\nAdvanced data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)\r\nExperience integrating and aggregating data across multiple systems\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\r\nAbility to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\r\nPreferred Experience working in HR Technology or enterprise platforms\r\nFamiliarity with AI/ML tools for data analysis or automation\r\nExperience with executive-level reporting and dashboard creation\r\nKnowledge of Agile metrics and delivery reporting\r\nAbout System One System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
