Assembler","description":"*Title: *Manufacturing Technician\n\n*Location: *Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)\n\n*Job Description:*\n\n* In this role, you will engage with manufacturing and engineering teams in supporting production-related activities, including assembly, build, integration, installation, and execution of work based on engineering documentation and established work instructions.\n* Execute machine builds in accordance with E-plans, assembly drawings, and manufacturing work instructions\n* Work along with engineering team during assembly and collaborate with internal engineering teams and conduct functional testing and validation testing of parts and assemblies.\n* Read and understand diagrams and schematics to help the business/manufacturing teams.\n* Assist with build, integration, and installation activities to meet project and production objectives\n* Mechanical and electrical assembly, wire pulling and wire landing for power, control, and communication circuit\n* Proactively remove obstacles and escalate matters when necessary to maintain progress according to plan.\n* Perform other tasks with similar scope of work that may arise due to changes within the business and machine modality\n\n*Qualifications we seek in you!*\n\n*Minimum Qualifications*\n\n* High School Diploma\n* Relevant experience in Aerospace/Manufacturing / Additives industry.\n* Strong understanding of manufacturing and prior experience in mechanical and electrical assembly\n* Ability to interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical plans, and work instructions\n* Competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet Word, and Outlook\n\n*Preferred Qualifications/ Skills*\n\n* Navigate through complex conversations in a professional and courteous manner in cases where information is needed to execute on a project or accountability for commitments needs to be established.\n* Ability to explain complex technical and business issues simply, in a concise and accurate manner.\n* Able to translate current and recent trends of business/performance metrics to future performance.\n\nPay: $27.00 per hour\n\nWork Location: In
