Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Controller role located in Searcy, AR. The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial statements, monitoring cash flow, implementing internal controls, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing insights to drive strategic financial decisions. Additionally, the Controller will collaborate with executives and department heads to align financial planning with company objectives.
