follow-up.\nIdentify opportunities to improve ATS workflows, recruiting processes, and administrative efficiency.\nEnsure recruiting files and processes are organized, accurate, and compliant.\nJob standardized interview questions, interview guides, candidate evaluation forms, and hiring documentation.\nEnsure job descriptions, postings, interview tools, and hiring documentation support consistency, compliance, and effective candidate evaluation.\nManage pre-employment physicals, background check, reference checks and related paperwork.\nHiring Manager Partnership\nPartner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles.\nProvide guidance to managers on compliant interviewing and candidate selection practices.\nTrain and support managers in the use of standardized interview questions and evaluation forms.\nEncourage timely hiring manager feedback and follow-up.\nSupport consistency in hiring practices across all locations.\nAssist managers with recurring staffing needs.\nWorkforce Pipeline Development and External Recruiting\nBuild and maintain relationships with trade schools, community colleges, workforce development organizations, military transition programs, industry associations, and other candidate pipeline sources.\nAttend job fairs, community events, school events, and recruiting functions as needed.\nDevelop proactive sourcing strategies for recurring, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.\nSupport Spanish-speaking recruiting initiatives and community outreach efforts.\nIdentify creative and resourceful ways to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor markets.\nEmployer Branding and Candidate Attraction\nStrengthen the company’s employment brand through job postings, candidate communication, recruiting materials, and outreach efforts.\nHelp promote the company as an employer of choice.\nSupport employee referral initiatives and recruiting marketing managers and leadership with establishing competitive hiring ranges for open positions.\nMonitor recruiting challenges by location and recommend improvements to candidate attraction and retention.\nTrack recruiting metrics, including source effectiveness, applicant flow by location, offer acceptance rates, cost-per-hire, candidate drop-off rates, and other relevant measures.\nPrepare recruiting reports and dashboards for leadership review.\nRecommend process improvements based on recruiting trends and data.\nAdaptability and Process Improvement\nAdapt to changing priorities, degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nThree (3) or more years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct responsibility for ATS management, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring manager follow-up, offer/pre-employment coordination, candidate dispositioning, and recruiting documentation.\nBilingual English/Spanish.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms; Paycom experience strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of employment laws related to recruiting, interviewing, selection, and hiring practices.\nAbility to manage both strategic recruiting responsibilities and administrative recruiting tasks.\nStrong organizational, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building
