This role is ideal for early‐career professionals interested in accessibility, inclusive design, IT, or compliance. The selected individuals will gain hands‐on experience ensuring that digital and document resources are usable by everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct accessibility reviews of digital documents. Use automated tools (such as Allyant CommonLook and possibly also Wave, ANDI, Accessibility Insights, Color Contrast Analyzer, NVDA & PDF Accessibility Checker) to identify accessibility issues. Assist in reviewing and remediating PDFs for accessibility compliance. Document findings and create clear reports. Implement accessibility fixes and best practices. Participate in training sessions and apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA). Qualifications Interest in accessibility, inclusive design, IT, or related fields. Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
