This role will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives organized, transparent, and moving forward.\r\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys driving execution, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in complex product development environments.\r\nThe position is a 3–4 month contract with a hybrid schedule and occasional onsite meetings in Duluth, GA.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nSupport coordination of hardware new product introduction (NPI) programs\r\nAttend key program meetings and produce clear meeting minutes and action tracking\r\nMaintain and follow up on action items and cross-team dependencies\r\nHelp ensure Jira tasks, milestones, and updates remain accurate and current\r\nAssist in preparing program reporting and leadership updates\r\nMaintain organized program documentation and materials\r\nProvide execution support that enables the Program Manager and technical teams to focus on delivery\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nExperience supporting cross-functional programs or product development initiatives\r\nExposure to hardware product development, manufacturing, or NPI environments\r\nTechnical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams\r\n(Experience with electronics, wireless, or RF-based systems is a plus)\r\nHands-on experience using Jira for task tracking\r\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills\r\nExcellent written communication and attention to detail\r\nProficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools\r\nWhy This Role\r\nYou'll help provide the execution discipline and operational structure that keeps complex programs running smoothly.
