Depending on your project, you may work with Java, Spring Boot microservices, TypeScript, React, and AWS. You'll gain hands-on experience developing production systems, improving performance and scalability, and collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced fintech environment.\nThis internship offers the chance to make meaningful contributions to a live, high-impact product while developing the skills and confidence to grow as a professional engineer.\nCore Responsibilities:\nContribute to the development of backend, frontend, or full-stack applications using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS, while supporting integration across distributed systems.\nWrite clean, testable, and efficient code following team standards and guidance from mentors.\nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups to learn agile engineering practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product, to ensure smooth deployment and operation of services.\nResearch and propose ways to improve system reliability and developer productivity during the replatform effort.\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\nProficiency in Java and an understanding of object-oriented design principles.\nExperience with TypeScript, React, or modern web development frameworks is a strong plus.\nFamiliarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS.\nBasic understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.\nExposure to version control (Git) and continuous integration tools is a plus.\nEagerness to learn new technologies, take initiative, and collaborate in a team environment.\nInterest in fintech, blockchain, or scalable backend systems.\nSalary:\nThe pay for this role is $35 per hour for all U.S. remote locations.
