Data Conversion Specialist

Data Conversion SpecialistCayuse Civil Services, LLC is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist for a remote position. The salary range for this full-time, salary exempt role is $60,000-$70,720. The ETL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining scalable ETL processes and data integration workflows for enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions. The incumbent collaborates with business analysts, data architects, and database administrators to transform and consolidate complex data from various sources, ensuring high data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with relevant federal standards and policies. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making within government environments. Responsibilities include analyzing and mapping data from the old system to the new one, developing and implementing data conversion plans, designing and executing data validation and testing processes, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process, collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize data conversion requirements, providing technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation, participating in team meetings and design sessions, cooperating with technical teams to ensure compliance with standards, and performing all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed. Qualifications include two plus years advanced SQL experience, two plus years ETL experience, four plus years experience working on data migration or data integration projects, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze systems and procedures, strong multitasking skills, self-motivation, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, experience with creating documentation, experience working on a development team, experience with client engagements, and previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
