In this hands-on role, you’ll represent our brand in grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and organizing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.\n\nMerchandisers are provided a company phone to track hours, mileage, and communicate with leaders and teammates.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nMerchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non-alcoholic beverages\nTravel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accounts\nMove product from backstock or delivery pallets to shelves and displays\nBuild and maintain product displays to increase sales\nStock coolers, shelves, and floor displays\nUse manual equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, cart, U-boat)\nKeep work areas clean, safe, and organized\nAccurately track time and mileage\nCommunicate regularly with your Team Lead and Manager\nProvide professional, friendly customer service\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record\nComfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft apps\nAble to work independently and manage daily priorities\nReliable, professional, and customer-focused\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nLift/carry up to 45 lbs frequently\nPush/pull up to 100 lbs (with the help of equipment)\nStand and walk for most of the shift\nBend, stoop, crouch, and regularly use hands and arms\n\nWhy Work for Maletis:\n\nFlexible schedule options (4x10s or 5x8s with consecutive days off)\nPaid vacation, sick time, and holidays\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance, EAP, & FSA\nGenerous retirement plan (401k + match, Roth + match, profit sharing)\nEmployee discounts on beverages and apparel\nOpportunity for growth\nStable, consistent work\n\nAbout Maletis:\nMaletis Beverage is a local, 4th generation, family-owned beverage distributor that was founded in 1935.
