Tugger Driver $19.00/hr Weekly Pay

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions , is now hiring for Tugger Drivers for our client in Lafayette, IN. Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Weekly Pay Schedule varies. Monday-Friday are 8-10-hour shifts. (Occasional Saturdays & Sundays). This is a temp-to-permanent placement hire!! Job Responsibilities: They are responsible for loading/unloading carts and following strict delivery schedules. Utilizing and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow. Loading & Unloading: Couple and uncouple carts, ensuring materials are stacked securely to prevent spills or damage. Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre-shift safety inspections (brakes, horns, batteries) and report any mechanical issues to maintenance. Inventory Tracking: Scan barcodes or fill out paperwork to ensure accurate tracking of inventory as it moves through the facility. This is for an industrial plant-manual labor. Job Description: Supply the assembly line with the necessary material to meet production output at the appropriate time intervals. Fill Dollies with product, install dollies in the main cart for transportation. Deliver to the line side, and deliver carts to individual operations, and return empties to the main cart for transport back to the warehouse and refill. Requirements: MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE! Steel-toed shoes are required for employment. Must be able to pass a pre-screening background check and drug test Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing. Strong communicator in the English language, both written and oral. EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE! Must be willing to work daily and weekend overtime as required. Must have an excellent Safety record.
