This role reports to the System Electronics Development team. As part of the Systems team, you will contribute to/work on/be involved in FCT and End-of-Line (EOL) testing activities in close collaboration/partnership with Supply Chain and Quality teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot automated electronic manufacturing test systems.\nLead Functional Circuit Test (FCT) and End-of-Line (EOL) test development activities for PCBA and system-level products.\nDefine test strategies, test coverage, acceptance criteria, and validation methodologies for manufacturing test equipment.\nCollaborate closely with Electrical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams throughout product development and NPI phases.\nProvide Design-for-Test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams to improve manufacturability, diagnosability, and test coverage.\nManage external vendors for test fixture development, test equipment integration, and deployment activities.\nExecute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for manufacturing test equipment.\nDevelop and document robust, scalable, and maintainable manufacturing test processes with high uptime and operational reliability.\nSupport NPI builds, failure analysis, root cause investigations, and manufacturing ramp activities.\nDrive continuous improvements in test architecture, automation, diagnostics, and manufacturing efficiency.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.\n5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering within PCBA and Top-Level Assembly (TLA) environments.\nStrong hands-on experience developing automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
