This role is dedicated to delivering high‐quality online instruction, preparing students for the HSPA CRCST certification exam, and supporting learners through remediation when needed.This position is fully remote and requires approximately 10 hours per week, with an additional 10 paid onboarding hours. Ideal candidates will have CRCST certification and prior teaching experience. Afternoon and evening availability (Monday–Thursday) is strongly preferred.What you'll doTeach and facilitate live online classes (Zoom) for assigned cohorts, 4 days per week (Mon–Thu).Deliver clear, engaging instruction aligned to Stepful's standardized curriculum.Support students in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains.Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in‐class participation.Provide timely feedback and targeted remediation to students who are struggling academically or with confidence.Communicate regularly with learners via email and Stepful community tools.Document student progress, attendance, and performance in Stepful systems.Collaborate with Stepful's learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs.Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery.What you'll bringCRCST certification (Required)Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing students or staff (Required)Comfortable teaching live online classes over ZoomStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work approximately 10–15 hours per week, with afternoon/evening availabilityAbility to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning stylesPreferred QualificationsExperience teaching Sterile Processing or CRCST exam preparationExperience supporting diverse, underserved, or non‐traditional student populationsExperience with online or hybrid education programsFamiliarity with competency‐based educationAssociate's degree or higher in a healthcare‐related fieldStepful is proud to be an equal opportunity employer .
