Triumph ABA is currently seeking a dedicated ABA Technician to join our team and provide exceptional ABA services under the guidance of a Behavioral Supervisor (BCBA).\nResponsibilities:\nMUST be available after school hours and/or weekends.\nWE DON'T HAVE ANY CASES BEFORE 3 pm.\nDeliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.\nCollect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress. Keeping detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and any observed changes in behavior is crucial.\nImplement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA. Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including BCBAs, other BTs, parents/guardians.\nRespond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.\nMaintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant\nAdhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards is essential for BTs.
