The achievers and courageous challenge‑crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills\nWhat You will Do:\nFacilitate and manage the change request process for product design and development projects.\nWork with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate and approve change requests.\nCreate and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.\nPull drawings from database and mark up the proposed changes with redlines\nUtilize technical writing skills to develop the change problem, cause, solution, and substantiation\nCommunicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.\nEnsure all change requests are properly tracked and recorded.\nParticipate in project meetings and provide status updates on change request progress.\nEnsure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.\nAssist in the implementation of new processes and systems related to engineering change management.\nEnsure all regulatory and quality compliance requirements are met\nWhat You Will Bring:\nBachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or experience with engineering changes in lieu of education\n1-3 years of experience with engineering changes/change requests required\nFamiliarity with drawings and GD&T\nExperience working in Teamcenter or similar PLM\nStrong project management and organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment\nAbility to lead cross‑functional teams and work independently\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project\nPay Range: $55,000 - $70,000\nCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
