Health Source Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and solutions-driven professional to join our growing team as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter / Client Liaison Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior healthcare staffing agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow alongside an expanding organization while working closely with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment efforts to successfully fill client staffing needs from sourcing through placementRecruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals in a timely and professional mannerBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, schools, and healthcare facilitiesServe as a primary liaison between the agency and assigned client accounts to ensure high levels of service and responsivenessUtilize multiple sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and database searchesCoordinate staffing and scheduling needs while maintaining organized communication with clinical staff, clients, and internal teamsMaintain consistent candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring processWork collaboratively with management and team members to meet recruiting goals and client expectationsAssist with credentialing coordination, staffing operations, and other office responsibilities as neededMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and employee informationMeet recruiting metrics, placement goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentApproach challenges with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindsetQualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of healthcare staffing agency recruiting experience requiredPrior experience recruiting for hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, schools, or healthcare organizations strongly preferredExperience staffing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, aides, and other healthcare professionalsPrevious account management, staffing coordination, or client relationship experience is a plusStrong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processesExperience working with ATS platforms, MSP programs, and healthcare staffing systems preferredProficiency using job boards and recruiting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and similar toolsExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelySelf-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team environmentProfessional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment with changing prioritiesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryIncentive and bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentGrowth and advancement opportunities within an expanding companyOur office is conveniently located within walking distance of the LIRR and near several major highways.
