Founded in 1974, Koinonia provides residential, adult day, and career services to more than 350 people, with a staff of over 350 professionals. Our service portfolio includes 21 licensed group homes, more than 60 supported and shared living arrangements, transportation services, and shared living options.\n\nThe Program Manager assumes the responsibility for the overall programmatic and operational needs within each site and cluster assignment. Ensures that quality, comprehensive and person-centered services are being provided to the individuals in each site. Directly supervises and provides training and support to the Program Supervisor.\n\nThe Program Manager ensures that individual rights and welfare are maintained through programs, policies, and associate training/development. Assists in various administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Koinonia Enterprises.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree required.\nThree years of supervisory experience.\nFour (4) years experience in DD or closely related field.\nDemonstrated ability for self-direction in work.\nValid Ohio Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.\nMust have vehicle liability insurance.\nMust maintain an acceptable driving record according to agency policy and agency liability insurance requirements.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.\n\nWORK CHARACTERISTICS:\nKnowledge of IDD service system.\nAbility to provide effective associate training.\nAbility to supervise and motivate others.\nAbility to work effectively and efficiently according to strict timelines.\nAbility to provide effective associate training.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize workload.\nAbility to assess, evaluate, and monitor in all relevant areas.\nPossesses strong financial abilities.\n\nTo view the complete job description and complete Koinonia's full online application, please CLICK HERE.
