Job Description - Maintenance Supervisor Location: Omaha-Bellevue, NE Company: Burlington Capital Properties Burlington Capital Properties is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Omaha-Bellevue, NE. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at our properties to ensure they are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staffDevelop and implement maintenance procedures and schedulesInspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance needsRespond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsMaintain inventory of supplies and equipmentPrepare and manage maintenance budgetsCollaborate with property managers and residents to address maintenance issuesTrain and mentor maintenance staff Requirements:Previous experience in maintenance or a related fieldStrong leadership and organizational skillsKnowledge of safety standards and regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus About Burlington Capital Properties: Burlington Capital Properties is a leading real estate investment and management company with a diverse portfolio of properties across the United States.
