Lead design reviews with the customer for review and approval of design documents\n\nWork at the customer site to perform the system checkout and start-up of the integrated control system\n\nDevelop the final record system documentation and provide system training to the customer\n\nIndividual will be working on automation and control system integration projects for clients across multiple industries, including both manufacturing production lines and data center building automation\n\nWill act as technical lead on projects and guide lower-level engineers and technicians\n\nWill act as Project Manager on smaller projects ranging from $50K to $250K. This includes, but is not limited to:\n\nDevelops and executes implementation plans for the project\n\nAssigns work to meet overall project deadlines\n\nEnsures that all project team members clearly understand the scope of W-M responsibilities\n\nDevelops schedules for W-M and customer requirements\n\nEvaluates progress on the project and details changes\n\nResponsible for all purchasing and subcontractor requirements\n\nResponsible for the development of costs and proposal of change orders to the contract scope\n\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation: BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.\n\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in the areas below:\n\nAn in-depth understanding of control systems, components, logic programming, experience with instrumentation and controls design, and PLC systems (i.e., Allen Bradley, Schneider Modicon, Siemens, GE-IP) is required. Experience with AutoCAD is also desired\n\nStrong interpersonal skills.
