SUMMARY: Primary function of this role is to provide technical support and maintenance for all retail locations, including installing, maintaining and troubleshooting all systems, equipment, and facilities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for timely and accurate repairs of convenient store facility and equipment Primary maintenance responsibility focused around fuel equipment - Gilbarco and or Wayne dispensers, Veeder Root - troubleshooting repairs and routine maintenance - changing fuel filters/breakaways/nozzles Performs technician work including but not limited to minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting - breakers, outlets, etc., minor plumbing, lighting, and handyman Responds quickly to emergency calls and high priority work Ability to work unsupervised and manage time. Perform all request in a professional and timely manner Manage purchase receipts, parts inventory and tools; maintain assigned vehicle & coordinate vehicle maintenance, ensure the vehicle is clean & well organized Transfer of equipment from warehouse to store and from store to store Process work orders and update work order status in a timely manner Communicate daily with Manager and or maintenance support center Maintain timely and accurate record keeping including time sheets, parts inventory, tools inventory, vacation request and other related documents Perform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of fuel equipment and or POS (cash register) systems a plus Knowledgeable and skilled in minor electrical work Knowledgeable and skilled in lighting repair and ballast replacement Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility Work in a safe and efficient manner, quick to respond to maintenance needs Lift up to 50lbs Ability to work from a ladder Must possess a valid driver's license Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
