Your roadmap includes:Systems Integration: Leading the migration of our platform to Acumatica.Structural Design: Consolidating Chart of Accounts, policies, and procedures across entities.The "Source of Truth": Unifying data ledgers and payroll into a single, seamless data environment.Innovation: Once the foundation is set, you’ll help us deploy AI agents to revolutionize our reporting cycles.Team Building: Evaluating and scaling the accounting function to support our rapid growth.The Exit: Ensuring every process and report is "exit-ready" with the highest standards of data quality and integrity.Who You AreA Builder: You enjoy the challenge of moving from QuickBooks to enterprise-level systems and creating order from complexity.M&A Minded: You understand the nuances of bolt-on acquisitions and the rigor required by PE sponsors.Strategic & Tactical: You can pivot from high-level financial strategy to hands-on ledger consolidation without missing a beat.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.Background in the Services Industry (specifically overseeing invoicing & billing).Direct experience in an M&A environment.Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) to our Oklahoma City operations.Live within the SW region of the US
