We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a long-term team, not just another job.\nPosition Overview\nThe Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for running residential and light commercial plumbing service calls, diagnosing issues, presenting repair options, completing approved repairs, and providing a high level of customer service.\nThis position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a company that is building something strong.\nResponsibilities\nDiagnose and repair residential plumbing issues\nPerform water heater repairs and replacements\nClear drain stoppages and perform drain-related services\nRepair leaks, fixtures, valves, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing components\nProvide clear options and recommendations to customers\nExplain repairs in a professional and easy-to-understand way\nComplete invoices, job notes, photos, and required documentation\nMaintain a clean and organized work vehicle\nFollow company procedures and safety standards\nOffer maintenance memberships and additional solutions when appropriate\nRepresent QuickPros with professionalism and integrity\nQualifications\nPlumbing service experience required\nStrong troubleshooting and repair skills\nGood communication and customer service skills\nClean and professional appearance\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nComfortable using a phone/tablet for job notes, photos, invoices, and dispatching\nMust be dependable, organized, and motivated\nDrain cleaning experience is a plus\nWater heater installation experience is a plus\nHVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe want someone who is honest, dependable, and great with customers. The right person will be able to diagnose problems, educate the customer, provide options, and complete quality work without cutting corners.\nWe are not looking for someone who just wants to show up and get through the day.
