Everyone pitches in on end-of-shift cleanup — no one’s above any task. You’ll work alongside a diverse, experienced team that looks out for each other, and you’ll follow established pick processes and supervisor direction to keep orders accurate and the floor safe.\nDay to day, you will:\nPick 150+ cases per hour accurately using paper pick tickets\nMatch product descriptions to orders with precision\nBuild stable, shippable pallets\nSafely operate forklifts and high-lifts (stock pickers)\nHelp keep the warehouse clean and organized, including end-of-shift cleanup\nFollow all safety standards and procedures\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1+ year of order-picking experience preferred\n3+ years of warehouse experience\nLicensed or experienced forklift and high-lift operator\nAble to meet productivity and accuracy goals\nTeam player who takes direction well and works safely\nPhysically able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay on your feet through the shift\nReliable attendance — a small crew depends on every person showing up\nBenefits\nAfter 90 days of successful employment, you’ll be enrolled in Teamsters Local 570 (modest monthly union dues apply).
