MarTech Project Manager (209822)

Aquent is hiring a MarTech Project Manager for a leading beauty client. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.This role will support a MarTech team focused on improving marketing workflows through AI, technology, and scalable process improvements. The team partners across marketing, brand, creative, media, tech, and vendor groups to evaluate, pilot, and scale tools that support campaign execution and marketing delivery.This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple workstreams moving at once. You will support roadmap tracking, meeting coordination, action items, documentation, support request triage, and stakeholder follow-up across business, technical, and vendor-facing initiatives.Location: Remote or Hybrid Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend Hours: Full-time Pay: $50.76 to $56.40/hrResponsibilitiesSupport roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and priority projectsMaintain project trackers, timelines, action logs, documentation, and status reportingCoordinate follow-ups across business, technology, media, creative, and vendor partnersIdentify risks, dependencies, and decisions needed, then escalate as appropriateSupport recurring meetings by preparing agendas, notes, and action trackingHelp triage incoming questions and support requests across tools and workflowsTrack issues through resolution in partnership with technical teams and vendorsIdentify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvementSupport media team project setup, shared folders, file handoffs, documentation, and trackersProvide general operational support to keep workstreams organized and moving forwardMust-Have Qualifications2 to 3 years of experience supporting cross-functional roadmap initiatives, process improvements, or technology projectsExperience managing timelines, follow-ups, risks, action items, and stakeholder coordination1 to 2 years of experience working with marketing teams, technical partners, and/or external vendorsWorking knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreamsClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create meeting notes, status updates, and stakeholder-ready materialsStrong follow-through, attention to detail, and ownershipComfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with MarTech, marketing operations, campaign operations, media operations, or creative operationsExperience supporting tool implementations, workflow improvements, or issue resolutionFamiliarity with project management, ticketing, documentation, or collaboration toolsBeauty, retail, ecommerce, agency, or consumer brand experience#LI-KR2About Aquent TalentAquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
