You'll be the person connecting the dots between Sales, Operations, technicians, customers, permitting authorities, and our monitoring center to make sure everyone has what they need to do the job right.\n\nWe're looking for someone who is organized, technically minded, proactive, and comfortable making decisions. You won't be sitting back waiting for problems to find you—you'll identify them early, solve what you can, and escalate what you can't.\n\nMost importantly, you'll be a coach and resource for our installation team, helping technicians succeed while holding the team accountable to quality, safety, timelines, and customer commitments.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\n*Own Projects from Sale to Completion*\n\n* Review new installation projects to confirm the scope, proposal, plans, customer information, materials, labor, permits, and requirements are complete before scheduling\n* Build and maintain accurate job files and installation plans\n* Identify missing information, potential risks, and budget or schedule concerns before they become problems\n* Coordinate installation schedules based on technician capabilities, materials, permits, customer availability, and project deadlines\n* Track estimated versus actual labor, materials, costs, and project progress\n\n*Keep the Installation Team Moving*\n\n* Check in with assigned technicians each morning to review scope, access, materials, safety concerns, and daily milestones\n* Follow up throughout the day to understand progress, labor usage, material needs, deficiencies, and next steps\n* Provide technicians with the information and support they need to complete their work successfully\n* Coach and support the installation team while addressing performance, safety, or quality concerns\n* Serve as a leader and resource—not just an administrator\n\n*Coordinate Customers, Permits & Project Changes*\n\n* Coordinate installation dates, customer access, shutdowns, inspections, and other project requirements\n* Work with AHJs and permitting authorities to coordinate inspections, corrections, and required documentation\n* Conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions, document progress, and perform quality-control checks\n* Identify work outside the original scope and coordinate accurate change orders before additional work begins\n* Communicate approved changes clearly to customers, technicians, Sales, and Operations\n\n*Deliver a Great Customer Experience*\n\n* Coordinate with our monitoring center to ensure accounts are created accurately and ready for activation\n* Ensure testing, inspections, documentation, training, and other closeout requirements are completed\n* Send customers a professional welcome packet following installation\n* Conduct post-installation quality follow-ups with at least two customers each week\n* Identify unresolved concerns and ensure every follow-up item has an owner and a deadline\n* Close projects on time and within the approved budget—or identify and communicate variances early\n\n*What Makes Someone Successful Here*\n\nYou're the kind of person who:\n\n* Takes ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem\n* Can look at a project and quickly figure out what needs to happen next\n* Is comfortable working with both technical teams and customers\n* Communicates clearly and follows through\n* Can hold people accountable while still being a supportive coach\n* Notices the details without losing sight of the bigger picture\n* Stays calm when schedules change or problems arise\n* Understands that a successful installation isn't just about getting the equipment installed—it's about delivering what we promised the customer\n* Enjoys learning and isn't afraid to dig into something unfamiliar to find the answer\n* Leads by example with integrity, urgency, and a positive attitude\n\n*What You'll Bring*\n\nExperience in one or more of the following is highly valued:\n\n* Electronic security systems\n* Low-voltage systems\n* Access control\n* Video surveillance / CCTV\n* Intrusion systems\n* Fire alarm\n* Electrical or telecommunications\n* Security system installation or project management\n* Construction project coordination\n* Field service management\n\nYou don't necessarily need to have done this exact job before. We can teach our systems and processes.
