CADD Drafter - Site Development

Wallace Montgomery is seeking a CADD Drafter to join our Site Development team in our Delaware office. This candidate should have at least 4-8 years of experience with site/civil design work. Wallace Montgomery offers employees with the opportunity for professional growth, medical, dental and vision insurance along with 401k match and profit sharing.Essential Functions:CADD drafting and layout using AutoCAD.Create and digitize mosaic drawings of properties, utilities, topo, etc.Import and process topographical surveysPrepare site/civil drawings suitable for agency submissionsPerform basic site designs, including layout of parking area, drives and entrancesProvide office support for plotting, blueprints, copies, binding, filing, deliveries, etc.Communicate with engineers and other technicians on projectsOther duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required4-8 years of Design Experience in Civil Engineering or related fieldExperience with AutoCAD is required
