Dynamics Engineer","description":"ABOUT ASE\n· Aeronautical Systems Engineering (ASE) designs and manufactures advanced flight simulation and training systems for commercial and military customers.\n· ASE delivers high-fidelity simulation solutions supporting training, certification, and operational readiness.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\n· The Flight Dynamics Engineer is an entry to intermediate level engineering role responsible for supporting the design, development, documentation, and testing of aircraft aerodynamic simulation models and associated simulator systems.\n· This position provides hands-on experience in flight simulation development while working closely with senior engineers in a collaborative environment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n· Assist in the design, development, testing, and documentation of flight dynamics software models\n· Support implementation of simulation algorithms using industry-standard design practices\n· Contribute to software development including object-oriented programming and data structures\n· Participate in development of real-time simulation systems and support software\n· Support validation and testing of models and simulator hardware\n· Report progress clearly to engineering leadership\n· Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n· Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field\n· Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience\n· Working knowledge of flight dynamics\n· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n· Ability to work independently and in a team environment\nTECHNICAL FOCUS AREAS\n· Flight simulation modeling\n· Aircraft stability and control dynamics\n· Aerodynamics and flight vehicle analysis\n· Real-time software development\nPROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS\n· Strong communication and teamwork skills\n· Ability to operate in a project-driven environment\n· Focus on schedule, performance, and deliverables\n· Willingness to learn and develop
