You will collaborate closely with traders, analysts, researchers, and data scientists to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions that support critical business functions.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop modular and reusable Python components to connect external data sources with internal systems and databases.\r\n\r\n\r\nWork directly with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into technical implementations.\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure the integrity and maintainability of the central Python codebase by adhering to existing design standards and best practices.\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain and improve the in-house Python ETL toolkit, contributing to the standardization and consolidation of data engineering workflows.\r\n\r\n\r\nPartner with global team members to ensure efficient coordination and delivery.\r\n\r\n\r\nActively participate in internal Python development community and support ongoing business development initiatives with technical expertise.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements \r\n6+ years of professional Python development experience at an enterprise level.\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field.\r\nProven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.\r\nProficiency with web scraping tools and techniques (e.g., Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium).\r\nHands-on experience with Oracle / PL SQL, including stored procedures.\r\nStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOA architectures.\r\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern version control and issue tracking tools.\r\nExperience with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. \r\nRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
