This is a full-time on-site role located in the United States, working closely with community managers, accounting teams, and board members to maintain association records, automate processes, and resolve system issues. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Vantaca settings, creating and updating workflows, managing homeowner and association data, and monitoring task queues to ensure service standards are met. The administrator will generate reports, support billing and compliance processes, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve system usage and efficiency.
